Samples of our newest product in development, our 100% Natural Dead Sea Magic Mineral Face & Body Scrub, arrived and the challenges continue, naturally!

Insisting that we use ONLY 100% Dead Sea Full Mineral Salts (commonly known as Dead Sea Bath Salts which are the Salts in their full potential form before any mineral extraction processes are performed - and yes, these are the Dead Sea Bath Salts you will find in all of our Famous 5-lb. Buckets of Blissful Baths in health food stores nationwide), I excitedly hopped into my shower to try out the different concoctions sent to me by my friend and colleague, the cosmetic genius, Liora Hitron of Israderm, Israel.

The one sample with the highest concentration of full mineral Dead Sea Salts had PERFECT texture.   Smooth and creamy with just enough “scrub” to truly feel wonderfully exfoliating.   Wow, this is it!  Or so I thought.   And then the “testing time” began:   As I sat and worked at my desk, and the hours passed, I noticed that I began to itch and dry patches were forming on my legs.   Oh shoot!   Not the answer after all.

And so, we go back to our drawingboard, Naturally!   Liora is creating two new samples to send to me for further testing, and I will keep you posted.  But rest assured, we will not stop until we have the market’s absolute finest, Amazingly Effective, All Natural, Dead Sea Magic Mineral Face & Body Scrub at an Amazingly Affordable price, for you!!

Hello Everyone!

I am thrilled to report that our new product developments continue along a most wonderful path, Naturally!   This week will see the arrival of the newest samples of our soon-to-be available (Spring 2009) All Natural, Amazingly Affordable Dead Sea Magic Mineral Body & Face Scrub………the only Dead Sea Scrub I am aware of that utilizes full-mineral Dead Sea Bath Salt grains ONLY, rather than the commonly utilized Dead Sea extracted Sodium Chloride grains you will find in other scrubs that state they use Dead Sea Salts (usually as only a tiny component along with other salts due to the high cost of Dead Sea Full Mineral Salts).

We have been working 8 months on different possibilities for this “Cross-Over” scrub (good for face & body) with my usual insistence on totally natural ingredients leading to some very interesting problems that needed to be addressed and solved, but per usual, Liora at Israderm of Israel, being the cosmetic genius that she is, rose to the occasion!

This will also be our very first product offerred in a No Scent AND a Scented version…..a totally natural wonderfully soothing very light orange scent that you can hardly wait to use again and again in the shower.   We will be calling it “Naturally Orange” I believe, though the final designation is still a work in progress.
